The Conference ordinarily meets on Mondays at 11:00 a.m. with the exception of holiday weeks and the summer months (June, July and August).

One of the highlights is eating lunch together after the program. This provides an informal time for discussing various issues and getting to know each other.

Program
Our Pastor's Conference schedule will be an attempt to encourage each other during a time of mutual ministry.  We will pray and for one another and minister to one another through other ways if possible.
